InnoVEX 2022 to Showcase Taiwan’s Innovations in Government Organized Pavilions

As one of the organizers of InnoVEX, Taipei Computer Association (TCA) states that to assist Taiwanese startups and SMEs reach the international market, Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) will organize the FUTURE SAFARI Pavilion and Taiwan Research-Institute Entrepreneur Ecosystem Program (TREE) Pavilion in InnoVEX 2022. In addition, Taipei Exchange will also organize the GISA Theme Pavilion in the showgrounds.

TCA states that as the innovation hub of Asia, the on-site event will be held in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1 (TaiNEX1), 4F from May 24 to 27. The pavilions will showcase various innovative solutions including AI, smart green energy, smart manufacturing, cybersecurity, and more. This year's hybrid format is expected to help exhibiting startups expand their reach and network with global VCs, CVCs, as well as potential partners or buyers.

SMEA, MOEA Promotes Taiwan's Innovations and R&D Capabilities


To encourage the establishment of Taiwanese startups, SMEA of MOEA continues to provide resources to foster business growth and facilitate a conducive environment for industrial development.

In order to assist SMEs and startups enter the new global market, the SMEA of MOEA established the Future Safari pavilion with Taiwan Accelerator Plus, Linkou Startup Terrace, Taiwan Startup Terrace Kaohsiung, Innovative Legal Clinic, IP2 Launchpad, and The Taiwan Entrepreneurship Collaboration and Development Program.

The pavilion will feature a total of 29 startup teams from Taiwan, Canada, and Israel including: Airovation Technologies, IRegained, NAOR, Sanolla, 3drens, Daxin Biotechnology, TianYen, Taiwan Home Nursing, DUGAA, and more. The exhibiting startups will showcase their innovations in smart green energy, smart medical care, smart living, and IoT.

Taipei Exchange GISA Pavilion Showcases diverse AIoT x Vertical Business Solutions


Since its inception in 1994, Taipei Exchange has built a multi-tiered market, comprised of the Main Board, the Emerging Stock Board and the Go Incubation Board for Startup and Acceleration Firms (GISA) and provides a high-quality environment for financing, nurturing and growing enterprises at all stages of their growth.

To assist startups in the GISA to connect with international VCs, CVCs, and potential partners; Taipei Exchange has organized a GISA Theme Pavilion in InnoVEX 2022. The pavilion will host 7 startups that focuses on various industries; including green energy, hearing aids, semiconductor microfab, intelligent catering system, and more.

MOEA TREE Project Pavilion Features Taiwan's Technological Advances


The Taiwan Research-Institute Entrepreneur Ecosystem Program (TREE Project) integrates and accumulates resources to provide diverse services, as well as builds an entrepreneurship consulting platform for startups. Established in 2021, the project's goal is to grow local and international research institutes or academic projects into startups as well as to find investment for these startups.

In this year's InnoVEX, the TREE Project Pavilion gathered a number of research teams from multiple industries and specialties including: OmniMeasure, Nano Silicon, MetaView, and more. The startups focus on various cutting-edge technologies such as optical inspection technology for semiconductor packaging & testing, bone graft, etc.

InnoVEX x IAPS Forum to Debut on May 24, Discussing Soft Power and Innovation


This year, InnoVEX will cooperate with the Center of Industry Accelerator and Patent Strategy, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (IAPS) to organize the Soft Power & Innovation Forum. The event will be held from May 24, 13.00 to 15.00 at the Center Stage. Speakers representing international innovation institutions, VCs, and leading companies will discuss soft power and innovative ideas & trends; focusing on the latest topics in the fields such as new startup ecosystem trends, creating unicorns, sports innovation, smart medical, etc.
