Who can be an exhibitor?

1. ICT, e-commerce, IoT industry related companies established after January 1, 2011
2. Companies and associated legal person groups established to promote or foster innovation and entrepreneurship (enterprises, government agencies, incubators, accelerators, etc.)

Booth Rental

This rate is for international exhibitors only. For Taiwan local exhibitors, please check the local exhibitors' regulation

Notes:

1. VAT included
2. Online booth application is for international exhibitors only
3. Registration deadline: January 31, 2016 or until booths are fully booked
4. Rental service at COMPUTEX InnoVEX (TWTC Exhibition Hall 3) is from May 31 to June 2, 2016
5. It is forbidden to resell, sublease, transfer or divide booths to a third party

Registration Availability

1. Registration starts from Jan, 2016, and subjects to availability.
2. One should fill in the registration form and pay booth fees to conclude registration process. If either one has not been complete, registration will be invalid.

Qualifications

1. One should fill in the registration form and pay booth fees to conclude registration process.
2. The organizer will go through the qualification review process after one is done registering.
3. Once qualified as exhibitor, all fees will not be returned.

Booth Allocation

1. All booth allocations will be decided by random drawing on the allocation meeting, which will be held on Mar. 24th, 2016. If one is not able to attend, the organizer will draw on one’s behalf. If one or one’s representative in Taiwan will attend, it is required to confirm one’s attendance with the organizer before the meeting.
2. Once booth location is drawn, any objection will NOT be accepted.
3. It is forbidden to resell, sublease, transfer or divide booths to a third party. If found so, the one responsible will be banned from exhibiting in five years.

Payment Method

Bank transfer

Notes:

1. Exhibitors must pay all fees associated with the bank transfer; if bank transfer fees are not paid when transferring, payment will be regarded as not paid in full and must be made up for by due date.
2. Please keep the receipt(s) of the bank transfer for your reference.
3. Invoice will be provided if needed.

Booth Allocation Meeting

1. The meeting will be held on Mar. 24th, 2016. Exhibitors will be further informed about the exact time and location of the meeting.
2. All booth allocations will be decided by random drawing on the meeting. If one is not able to attend, the organizer will draw on one’s behalf. If one or one’s representative in Taiwan will attend, it is required to confirm one’s attendance with the organizer before the meeting.
3. Exhibitor manual and other information will be provided at the meeting. If one is absent, information will be provided through email post-meeting.

Withdraw Application

1. Exhibitors who have completed registration should fill in the as requested, and email the signed copy to the organizer.
2. Application is only accepted before April 1st ,2016.
3. Booth fees will NOT be returned to the withdrawn party.
4. It is forbidden to resell, sublease, transfer or divide booths to a third party. If found so, the one responsible will be banned from exhibiting in five years.

Other Notice

1. This regulation is applicable for international exhibitors only. For Taiwan local exhibitors, please check the local exhibitors' regulation.
2. Fire Insurance, burglary insurance, WPA, and Public liability insurance* during exhibition (including exhibition entry date and retrieving date) are insured by the co-organizer, TAITRA (Taiwan International Trade Association). *Public Liability Insurance includes Additional Natural Disaster Insurance, such as Typhoon, earthquake, flood, torrential rain, and other natural disasters.
3. According to international regulations, the organizer will NOT take responsibility for any damage that is not within the organizer’s liability, such as burglary or intensive damage.
4. If exhibition date and location is changed due to natural disasters or other un-resistible reasons, the organizer will return booth fees by portion after related administrative expenses are deducted. If the exhibition date and location is changed due to the organizer’s liability, booth fees will be fully returned to exhibitors. But the organizer will not pay for other expenses.
5. The decoration organization and event arrangements should conform to the Public Safety Rules on behalf of life safety. If any damage is caused, the exhibitor in charge should take full responsibility.
6. The organizer has the right to change regulations anytime without prior notice.
