COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2026

Sustainable Design Award Rules of Participation

A.     Background

Under the wave of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainable awareness, the exhibition industry has developed a trend towards natural sustainability. From exhibition theme, booth design and materials, event formats, to promotional media and etc., various participating industries have been showing creativity by incorporating sustainable concepts into exhibition planning. This demonstrates their emphasis on sustainability issues, making sustainability a happening action at major exhibition venues.

As the most representative and professional ICT exhibition in Asia, COMPUTEX actively promotes the concept of green exhibitions. To encourage participating exhibitors to take real actions, COMPUTEX holds "Sustainable Design Award", aiming to reduce environmental impact of exhibition wastes. This competition invites companies to showcase their creativity by implementing the principles of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) in booth design and exhibition activities, and together to create a low-emission, low-pollution, and low-energy-consumption COMPUTEX.
